storage usage view

Each user's storage directory is divided into four parts

●~/

• Quota 1G
• Long-term storage of files in the directory
• It is recommended to only save setting information such as user environment variables.

●~/DATA

• Each lab group is free 2T by default
• Long-term storage of files in the directory
• Main computing program and data storage space

●~/scratch60

• 10T is free by default for a lab group
• Data that has not been accessed for more than 2 months will be automatically cleared
• Additional, temporary data storage space

●~/pub

• public database storage path
• User only has read access
• Handle file data with care
• Files deleted or overwritten by mistake cannot be recovered!

1> View group usage mmlsquota -g `groups` (default DATA 2T+scratch60 10T)

2> Check the usage of the DATA directory mmlsquota -j `groups`_permanent gpfs

3> Check the scratch60 directory usage mmlsquota -j `groups`_temp gpfs

Remarks: If you need more storage space, you need to fill in the storage expansion application form (http://hpc.cibr.ac.cn->Cluster Use->Related Downloads->Storage Application Form)
